1. Information We Collect

To provide a smooth food delivery service, we collect the following categories of information when you use our app:

• Personal Identification & Phone Number: When you register or log in, we collect your mobile number to create your unique user account and deliver One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for secure authentication via Firebase.
• Profile Information: Optional details such as your display name and email address provided during profile setup.
• Precise Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect approximate or precise GPS location data to auto-detect delivery addresses, calculate delivery distances, and connect you with nearby food partners.
• Delivery Addresses & Instructions: Saved delivery addresses, apartment/house numbers, landmarks, and specific delivery instructions provided by you.
• Cart, Wishlist & Order History: Details of food items added to your cart, active food orders, past order history, meal preferences, and transaction records.
• Payment & Financial Information: Order payment status, transaction reference IDs, and payment method details processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking). Note: We do not store complete credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
• Device & Technical Diagnostics: Device identifiers, operating system version, app version, IP address, crash logs, and performance diagnostics to maintain application stability and security.
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send real-time order status updates, kitchen dispatch alerts, and delivery notifications.

At Machebhate (মাছেভাতে) (developed by NEXT IN GLOBAL), we strive to ensure high-quality food preparation and reliable delivery. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellation Rules

Users may request cancellation of an order directly through the app. However, cancellation eligibility depends strictly on the order status:

• Before Kitchen Acceptance: Orders can typically be cancelled without penalty before the kitchen accepts and starts preparing the food.
• After Preparation Begins: Once food preparation has commenced or the order has been dispatched, cancellations are generally not permitted.

2. Prepaid Refunds

If an eligible order paid via online prepayment is successfully cancelled or declined due to item unavailability:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment gateway, processing times typically take between 5 to 7 business days.

3. Contact Support Regarding Refunds

For refund inquiries, contact us at Machebhate@gmail.com or call +91 92423 30490 with your Order ID.
